Terms & Conditions

These are the simple, fair terms under which we offer our saree services and run this website. By booking with us or using this site, you agree to them.

These terms apply to Pleats & Drapes ("we", "us", "our"), a saree-services studio in Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad, and to your use of our website www.pleatsanddrapes.com. Please read them so we both know what to expect.

Our services

We offer saree pre-pleating, saree draping and pinning, saree box folding, draping workshops and related services for silk, pattu, cotton, designer and everyday sarees. Descriptions on this website are provided in good faith to help you understand what each service involves. The exact work is agreed with you at the time of your enquiry or appointment.

Bookings & appointments

Bookings can be made by phone, WhatsApp, our contact form or in person at the studio. A booking is confirmed only once we have replied and agreed a date, time and service with you. Please arrive on time for appointments and, for draping, allow enough time before your event. For events with tight timing, we recommend pre-pleating in advance.

Pricing

Any prices shown on this website are indicative and meant to give you a general idea. Final pricing depends on the fabric, detailing, number of sarees and the service required, and is confirmed with you when you enquire — before any work begins. There are no hidden charges; we will always tell you the price up front.

Cancellations & rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as you reasonably can so we can offer the slot to someone else and find a new time that suits you. For appointments cancelled at very short notice, or where materials or preparation have already been arranged, a small charge may apply — we will always discuss this with you fairly.

Care of your garments & liability

Your sarees are precious to you and we treat them that way. We handle every garment with reasonable care and use techniques suited to each fabric, including delicate silks, zari and embroidery. However, sarees vary in age, quality and condition, and some may be fragile or already worn. While we take all reasonable care, we cannot accept responsibility for pre-existing weaknesses, natural wear, colour bleeding, or damage that occurs despite careful handling. Please tell us in advance if a saree is delicate, antique or needs special attention.

Intellectual property

The content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, our logo and design — belongs to Pleats & Drapes and is protected by law. You are welcome to view and share links to our pages, but please do not copy, reproduce or use our content or images for other purposes without our written permission.

Our website may link to other services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps or social media. These are provided for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
